Classification and characteristics of welded wire mesh:

(1)Electric galvanized welded wire mesh 

This kind of product is automatically butt-jionted from high-quality low-carbon steel wire with the advantages of substance points of weld, smooth surface, mechanized production and with the characteristics of flat surface, mesh uniform, well processability, stable, anti-corrosion and beautiful. It is widely used in industry, agriculture, building, traffic and mining, and also used in poultry fence, egg basket, dewatering frame, fruice filter, fence and so on.

(2)hot galvanized welded wire mesh

The product is made of highquality steel wire, process through precise automated machine technology, and then hot galvanized treatment, with flat surface, strong structure, strong integrity, difficult to become flexible even if it is cutted or under local pressure, surface brightness, thick zinc coat, uniform mesh, tensile power, resistance corrosion advantages. Quality standard: 122 or more gram zinc coated per square meter; range of variation of the mesh on the warp direction is not exceed + - 5%, while the weft is + - 2%; point of weld stretching resistance is in advance of national standard.
